Fixed Cordia generated app recovery by handling billing-required and missing-template failures clearly, reusing created GitHub repos or Cloudflare Pages projects after ambiguous errors, and retrying setup without recreating ready infrastructure.

Added creator-only project image replacement on project pages, resized project images through shared image storage, raised the project-image cap to 20 MB, and kept one stable image URL per project.

Improved admin project editing with compact image thumbnails, minimized project status and debug details by default, and clearer retry controls for app and storage setup.

Fixed managed app embeds so Cordia only shows live panels after Cloudflare Pages deployment and DNS root checks pass, with stale live checks refreshed from project detail loads.

Added generated app storage scaffolding with a server-side Cordia storage helper, storage health API, dev:storage script, safer AGENTS guidance, and queued storage recovery for ready managed apps.

Improved task history controls with a three-step toggle for active tasks, completed history, and removed history, including distinct button states and empty states.

Kept closed completed tasks available in removed history for one hour while preserving prompts, rerun metadata, and unseen-history clearing.
